Taking carts out will not affect the save file, done it multiple times without explicitly closing the game and having the system yell at me and I’ve yet to see an issue.Game saves are kept on the system not there game card. Next time we load it up, we can pick up where we left off?I believe it saves after every turn, so you should be safe.Edit: Should clarify that the game has a save file on your memory and it’s updated regularly.
