He's a great character/gentleman who loved Hannah as well as showed her respect.

1617732176 The murder was obvious and the investigation was sloppy. He's not all that happy and gets killed in a seemingly hit-and-run accident. Norman was hardly in the book at all, Mike was in the book only out of necessity, it's just a horrible ending to their love triangle. I had hoped that in "A Wedding Cake Murder", Hannah's upcoming marriage would finally settle the … I absolutely loved this latest installment of the 'Murder, She Baked' mystery movies series!

As Valentines Day approaches Hannah - with the help of her sister Michelle and bakery partner Lisa - is creating new cookies and cakes to sell on the romantic holiday. I'm not even sure, at this point, if I will continue reading them if she writes more. Fear not! I found myself hoping that Ross would be the killer, so she could get back to Norman, but I guess that just shows how much I like Norman. I liked Ross from the time he was first introduced in Cherry Cheesecake Murder, … She feels safe and content when with him and has grown feelings for him over the course of the series. But it all makes sense in the world the author has created. However, Norman does get the only real points for anyone in this story, because he tells Hannah that he believes Ross loves her and that he will be back.

I THOUGHT that was a positive, but no. I haven't been happy with the past several in the series, and this one only escalates the writing problems.

Yay Norman. [Hannah finally marries Ross (hopefully Mike and Norman are just jealous and there's nothing bad in Ross's past or psyche in future episodes) Even though there are moments in Fluke's books that drive me absolutely mad (the unnecessary info dumps--did we really need to know where cardamom originated, and why on earth would Hannah know and why would her fiancé ask?, the excruciatingly annoying mother and sister, the unrealistic virginal nature of the protagonist), I will drop everything to read each new release. The only key he took with him is the key to the condo he shares with Hannah.I was ready to throw my Victor Reader stream—an MP3 type player that plays accessible books—across the room.

by Kensington This is when the spoilers begin, so read at your own risk. In typical Hannah fashion, she confronted the murderer...casually on the way to her own wedding. I hope Ross grows on me because I find him a bit boring and flat. If nothing else, he is boring and we hardly known anything about him before Hannah is off and running with him while still retaining Norman and Mike as friends. Hannah struggles to get along with her mother, due to her continuous nagging and concerns over things Hannah could care less about. She is awful. Really? I do understand. Personally, I believe Ross is in trouble but that he hasn’t done anything bad or illegal.

If I had to pay for them, I certainly would not. But then she hears a gunshot, and it was real. I mean his earlier “pining” for Hannah, as said in Cherry Cheesecake Murder, for over four years (overlapping the time he was in a serious relationship, engaged, with Lynne) was over the top. I know they are friends, but that just seems to cross a strange line. He hovers too much and she’s not used to it and doesn’t like it. And they will all remain friends? Mike goes in first and when he finally allows her to enter, he is somber and in cop mode. But no.
