It’s the peacefulness that you feel knowing that you actually, I've always had a soft spot for middle east inspired stories. And I couldn’t help but notice moments in this 500+ page book --- which spans centuries and faiths and magical races --- that overtly danced around queerness, but never took the step to explore it even a little, which felt a bit disappointing.
