Kamilla wasn’t actually killed – although she did kill someone else – and she probably became a nun. There were a lot of elements I appreciated within this novel.

Yes! Excellent! Netflix’s The Woods is an ambitious six-part adaption of Harlan Coben’s 2007 book of the same name.

This is the 2nd book I've read by Harlan Coben, but surely not my last! We then follow Paweł on his journey to discover what happened to Kamilla all those years ago, as well as flashback sequences that take us back to 1994.For most of the series, both Paweł and the viewer believes that Kamilla died on that fateful night in 1994, and her death was covered up.But the truth is a lot more complicated at that; hinging on Kamilla’s rivalry with another girl, Monika, at the summer camp where they both worked in 1994.Kamilla kills Monika in a rage after she was insulted.

The setting has been transposed from New Jersey to Warsaw in Poland, and of course, the names of the characters have all changed. The suspense is constant, but not happy with that, he manages to turn up the action a notch further as the story twists and turns every which way! The series is the third of his novels to be adapted into TV at Netflix. The plot isn't predictable, but it's just meh.

Now, two decades later, they are about to change again. Two were found murdered, and the others were never seen again. The shallow focus on the gun does not reveal who is holding it. I read this over the course of two days and could not put it down. His books are published in 45 languages around the globe. This was very good audio book, well-crafted artists that delivered good quality reading with excellent accents, tone and an all-round feel of a quality performance, as after all, these audio books are a performance. Paul Copeland was in the dark about a lot of things, like stuff about his mother and father and Ira and Lucy. I just read the overview and was excited to try it, but this appeared without warning. Bear with me as I explain myself. An absorbing tale once again.Twenty years ago eighteen-year-old Paul Copeland was working as a counselor at a summer camp in which four teenagers walked into the woods one night... two were murdered, and two went missing, never to be seen again (they were thought to be dead, their bodies were never found, some of their clothing had blood on it). Netflix’s The Woods is an ambitious six-part adaption of Harlan Coben’s 2007 book of the same name.Coben has seen great success in the past few years with a string of adaption of his best-selling books, including Safe and The Stranger. His sister and 3 of her friends go into the woods near their summer camp and they never came out. The entire story gets twisted towards the end. And The Woods is just that, a guaranteed, page turning, entertaining read. You would never have thought that the woods held something special about someone’s life. he Yes! Would have been a great mystery if it had stuck closer to the main story line.

Harlan Coben was born and raised in New Jersey. Let us know what’s wrong with this preview of A very enjoyable and easy read.4.5 stars. Addition: Paperback.
I loved the book and even liked the ending. The next image shows us that he has a gun pointed at him. You just turn and turn the pages and before you realize it you've read a 500 page book. It will not be my last because I am preparing to binge read a bunch of his books! Episode 06 Air Date: June …
A big day for me"). Thank you to my sweet friend Heather for sending me a copy of The Woods; it's my 1st Harlan Coben novel and it won't be my last. He now lives in New Jersey with his wife, Anne Armstrong-Coben MD, a pediatrician, and their four children. The series differs from the novel. Four families had their lives changed forever. It will not be my last because I am preparing to binge read a bunch of his books!

Funny enough though, I own the paperback without list here on GR, so (again) I end up with both hardcopy and audio. With Harlan Coben's new book, The Boy from the Woods, the master delivers another twisty thriller full of secrets!

I truly believed that we would never let each other go.
