My order was for a chicken bowl $7.95 (clearly exceeds the minimum $5 requirement) I explained my issue when I arrived at Chipotle, who could have easily remedied the problem and saved the day but no. Every time you hit 1250 points you get FREE Chipotle. That’s it. Our bad, not yours” Yeah no kidding. Like I say why make an App when it fails and they make me place a complete new order in store for the same darn thing!!! I have a $20 gift card that I’m trying to use to pay for my food but every time I add my gift card to the app it says $0 balance but when I check the balance online it says $20. Come on guys, this is a pretty big deal.It's a company wide issue, they've been saying they're trying to fix it for a while now. I go to the cards screen in the app and it wants the CCV and expiration date, while all I have is a QR code and a number. You gotta be kidding me. Taking a long timeThis is the worst giftcard rollout I've seen. Basically I have to place my same order twice because of your App’s horrible design that can’t even follow its own rules it was designed for. I even tried to add the card to my account on the regular website but it won’t let me.
However, the chipotle app leaves a lot to be desired.I had purchased a gift card and loaded it onto my app, but when it got down to only seven dollars, it proved to be very frustrating because I couldn’t make up the rest of my order with another payment. So I'd recommend trying that.
Is there any way to fix this?No, it’s a company wide issue. I've manually put gift cards into my Android Pay app, I don't know exactly what they do but the regular cashier at mine presses some buttons and thens cans it from android pay and it works. Good news, we've got you covered! On top of that, management in store FAILS to make up for your colossal App failure.

Your app was designed to order food, no? Had to pay cash last time.Still an issue as of today. They say the only way to get my reward was to place a completely new order in store and then they can add the reward to that order.
I used one recently in store so I know it’s validGuys what is going on. You can get salad dressing without getting a salad. Why bother with an App when they say I should have ordered in store? Just be sure you’re logged in. Instead of a birthday reward it is more like a birthday Slap in the Face. Chipotle gift cards are terrible. Combining them just makes it worse. It’s been at least a month.Lol nope.
